Course aim

The aim of this course is to provide students with an advanced understanding of Insolvency Law, both in the context of personal insolvency (bankruptcy) and corporate insolvency.

Course content

Process and consequences of bankruptcy and liquidation; assets available for distribution in the case of bankruptcy and liquidation; administration and termination of bankruptcy and liquidation; alternatives to bankruptcy; company reorganisation; secured creditors and receivership; cross-border insolvency.
