This course bridges the gap between theory and practice by providing students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge to a complex unstructured real-world management problem.
Topics include; Systems concepts and system thinking, individual and organisational learning, decision making, Action learning and action research - principles and practice, problematic situations - appreciation, reflection and exploration.
