Course aim

The aim of this course is to develop an understanding of real property law, building upon the first property law course and covering the Priestly requirements for property law.  Students will develop a coherent knowledge and understanding of the relevant principles from the common law and legislation relating to real property law particularly within the Australian framework of the Torrens System.
