Course aim

The aim of this course is to equip students with skills and knowledge that will enable them to build effective professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Course content

Respectful practice, theory and skills for interacting in healthcare contexts, analysis and critique of verbal and written communication for professionals, ethics of communication, motivational interviewing.
