Course aim

To continue the development of students’ ability to apply contemporary pharmacotherapeutics knowledge to the individual patient in actual or simulated practice settings.

Course content

Involves the development of knowledge in the treatment of human disease, pharmacotherapeutics, in the following health discipline areas: Infectious diseases; Neurology and psychiatry; Haematology and oncology; Musculoskeletal; Reproductive medicine including dysmorphology; Addiction medicine. For each of these discipline areas, specific conditions managed with pharmacotherapeutic modalities will be addressed.
