Course aim

This course aims to provide an overview of the legal system as a framework for the comprehension of legal obligations and responsibilities, tenders and service contracts, and common business situations which involve legal issues.

Course content

This course introduces students to the concepts, elements and principles of law through study of the Australian legal system and laws which apply to the hospitality industry and examines these concepts, elements and principles as they apply to international hospitality operations.
