To provide students with the opportunity to gain advanced knowledge in specialist areas of civil engineering.
The course will be offered in a modular form comprising three 4-week duration modules as directed study. The number and topics of modules available each study period may vary due to lecturer availability, so not all modules will be available each time the course is offered. Each module will be made available over a specific 4-week part of the study period. This course may also be used as a directed study for students undertaking specific major research or design projects who wish to extend these. This option will be arranged by agreement with the Program Director and the project supervisor.
