This course will enable learners to plan, experience and critically reflect on their learning in a work placement or related project activity in preparation for working as a professional
Induction to self-directed learning in the trans-discipline environment of the workplace; Learning theory (learning styles and preferences); Preparing a learning agreement in relation to learning in the workplace addressing problem solving, collaboration and communication; monitoring progress through critical self-reflection (recognising learning; recognising what informed learning; planning future learning); evaluating achievement of learning outcomes.
