Course aim

To develop students' skills and knowledge to analyse, fulfil and support informational needs of users of information services.

Course content

Determining user informational needs, locating and evaluating informational resources, expert searching techniques, information seeking behaviour and information literacy, managing and evaluating information retrieval services and trends.
