Employment market analysis; job analysis: attraction and recruitment of potential employees; assessment of candidates; selection tools and techniques: legal regulation of hiring; formal and informal organisational socialisation; recognising diversity; person-job, person-organisation, person-workgroup fit; talent development; processes for identifying talent development needs and solutions; adult learning; evaluation of talent acquisition and development programs.
