Course aim

This course will develop students understanding, and ability to analyse and interpret the financial information used in management decision making within international hospitality firms.

Course content

Students will learn how to read, understand and interpret financial reports utilised within the international hospitality industry and identify Capital Investment Decisions making processes. In addition, students will prepare simple financial information, perform basic calculations. And critically examine their relevance in the management setting with the aim of contributing intelligently to hospitality industry operational decision-making.
