Course aim

The aim of this course is, to convey knowledge and comprehension of the basic principles of negligence and trespass, and introduce students to the basic aspects of oral communication in law, including: small group presentations, oral legal argument, and client interviewing.

Course content

Torts A develops students’ knowledge and understanding of tort law and its purposes and their skills in problem solving, case analysis and communication in the legal context.
