Course aim

To further develop students' understanding of theoretical and empirical underpinnings of assessment and intervention strategies for applying psychological knowledge in a broad range of professional careers.

Course content

Students will further develop their knowledge of psychological therapy (including person-centred therapy, behavioural and cognitive-behavioural therapies, and integrative psychotherapies) and will apply psychological knowledge to working within organisations and with people from diverse cultural groups, such as Aboriginal communities and older adults.
