Course aim

The aim of this course it to engage students in the strategies and challenges involved in managing organisational resources.

Course content

Identifying and investigating the challenges involved in the management of organisational resources; outsourcing and procurement strategies particularly in relation to e-procurement; managing suppliers including supplier selection and evaluation; legal complexities in contracting; procuring professional services; capital equipment acquisitions and disposal.
