Public relations principles, concepts and contexts, and public relations and communication theory; diversity of practice through analysis of award winning campaigns and programs; analysis of communication issues in current affairs; communication processes in public relations practice; strategies and tactics essential to ethical, best practice public relations for internal and external communication management; trends affecting the development of the profession; practical use of new media.
