Course aim

To develop the practical competence of students through professionally relevant work experience.

Course content

Pre-placement orientation preparation by University Career Services; practical professionally-relevant experience in a work experience placement; supervision and report by workplace mentor; post-placement assessment report by workplace mentor; written report on workplace role; written report on analysis of contribution of workplace experience to development of graduate qualities; group debriefing; individual feedback counselling on career preparation.
