To work as part of a student team on an information systems project while working within a corporate environment.
This course provides students with experience in planning, organising, leading and controlling a project and working as part of a team. This work is performed for an Industry Partner or other organisation in the form of a consultancy.
Students will examine a problem/issue, explore all the reasonable alternatives and arrive at an outcome that addresses the problem or issue that has been identified. Students are mentored within the Industry Partner organisation, and are required to use analytical tools and problem solving techniques during the course to solve realistic problems for the Industry Partner organisations.
