Course aim

To introduce students to the principles, methods and practice of property valuation.

Course content

Economic principles underpinning the urban land use and property valuation; valuation strategies and processes, value and market value, productivity and most probable use; comparison, income and summation approaches; national and international valuation standards; contemporary valuation practice.
