Course aim

Examine processes and systems for the effective strategic, tactical and operational management of assets and resources in contemporary public and private sector organisations including Small to Medium Enterprises.

Course content

Complexity in organisational procurement practices particularly transnational organisations; Sourcing, purchasing (including e-procurement), Supply Chain Management, customer and supplier relationships; Outsourcing, tendering, contracting, leasing, service level agreements, relationships; capital expenditure purchasing requirements; Process improvement and compliance systems (policies and procedures, documentation of proof, quality assurance, Total Quality Management).
