The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of the international operations and activities across firms in the supply chain; how effective and efficient supply chain management practices can enhance and impact global competitiveness.
Supply chain drivers and metrics, designing global supply chains and distribution networks, aggregate planning, sourcing and coordination across international boundaries, transportation systems and information technologies used to integrate firms across countries.
