To provide students with the opportunity to apply expert, specialised cognitive and technical skills in a body of knowledge of project management and to independently execute a substantial research-based project.
This course is the second of two courses (BUSS 5295 and BUSS 5306) that culminate in an 18,000-word research project that demonstrates a high level of synthesis of concepts and prepares the student for lifelong learning in pursuit of personal development and excellence in professional practice.
Students will implement their pre-approved plan to investigate and report on special issues pertaining to a relevant research topic from within the area of Project Management. Students will have regular access to a dedicated supervisor throughout the empirical research component.
