Course aim

To introduce students to the principles of installation art and contemporary installation art practice.

Course content

Introduction to the principles of installation art including space, site, intention, intervention, context, process and materiality. Students will respond to set projects, undertake individual research and present a body of individual installation artworks for their final assessment.
