Course aim

To enable students to develop basic counselling skills and to build a referral network appropriate to their context.

Course content

The students will develop knowledge of the role that counselling plays in contemporary education practice. They will develop their skills of self-awareness and the capacity to use counselling skills and build a referral network that is consistent with their practice as an educator.
