Course aim

To enable students to apply knowledge to the development of evaluation frameworks to inform policy and program-related decision-making in their own fields of practice.

Course content

Definitions of evaluation; rationale for evaluation; evaluation models and approaches; planning for evaluation; selecting elements to evaluate; gathering and analysing evidence; generating knowledge and its application; ethical issues in evaluation.
