Course aim

This course aims to provide students with conceptual and practical tools that they can apply as practising managers and leaders in business and industry to the strategic use of human assets in organisations.

Course content

Core concepts include strategic human resource management, human resource planning, recruitment/selection strategies, performance management, human resource development, career planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, international human resource management, and assessing human resource management effectiveness.
