To develop an understanding of 2D animation, visual effects and interactive animation for multimedia production and other forms of visual communication.
This course familiarises students with the terms, concepts, techniques, processes, skills, technologies and theoretical underpinning of 2D animation and interactive animation for multimedia production and other forms of visual communication. Students will develop knowledge in the universal principles of movement for 2D animation and will develop skills to utilise several 2D animation software packages to develop 2D animations.
