Course aim

The aim of this course is to develop research knowledge through the process of conceptualising a research question and a valid and appropriate study design.

Course content

Qualitative and quantitative approaches to research, types of research questions and designs, types of data generated and how the data is managed to answer the research question with rigour. Ethics in research.
