Course aim

To introduce networking concepts and technologies for the design and implementation of small to medium sized networks.

Course content

Topics covered in this course include: introduction to networks, basics of network protocols and communications, the OSI and TCP/IP networking models, IP addressing and subnetting IP networks, network design, and network operating systems and configuration of networking devices.
