The aim of this course is to teach skills and knowledge, including the importance of safety, in the application of specific patient assessment and treatment techniques.
The course will include selected practical assessment and treatment techniques for electrophysical agents, manual handling, gait assessment, massage, hydrotherapy, consideration of the relevance of practical techniques to clinical presentations and physiotherapy practice, presentation and discussion of the Physiotherapy Code of Conduct and Safe Practice as a professional.
