Course aim
Students will work in small teams to develop the skills and confidence necessary to create a development proposal for the solution of a park management problem and to act as a consultant in presenting the proposal to the management agency.
Course content
This course is the final part of the professional experience component of the program. Students work cooperatively with management agencies and staff supervisors to apply what they have learned throughout the program to addressing specific resource management issues. Within the framework of a project brief student teams work to; define values and issues, collect and analyse data, investigate and plan problem solving strategies, prepare comprehensive guidelines and present seminars.
