To develop a clear understanding of the requirements, practicalities and function of a literature review.
All content and resources is designed to assist students in developing skills in locating, synthesising, structuring, writing and critiquing literature reviews. Syllabus will include: The function and types of literature reviews, defining the scope of literature reviews, accessing information, summarising and synthesising information, common components of a quantitative and qualitative literature review, consideration of sources of bias in creating and completing a literature review.
