To introduce students to the theory of virtual reality and the practical application of the theory in building virtual environments.
The course combines the investigation of theory and practical aspects of virtual reality. The course includes the following: an introduction to virtual reality, an overview of the current technology supporting virtual reality, interaction techniques for virtual reality, and how to construct fully immersive virtual environments.
