Course aim

To enable students to develop an understanding of the theoretical, innovative and creative digital skills within a commercial and professional framework and understand the basic differences required when producing a print publication and web site publications for a specific target audience.

Course content

Students will develop knowledge of different requirements when designing effective print and web publications for  diverse target audiences. They will become familar with visual perception in real and virtual publishing environments. They will develop the design skills to produce specific print and web publications using industry-standard layout and design software, image editing software and web design software.
