To produce and submit an article for publication in a professional or refereed journal. Candidates will use their workplace/ professional context/ issues- based research as the basis for this publication.
Examination of appropriate professional journals and scholarly publications; approaches to scholarly and professional writing; preparation of a polished article for publication, including submission to an appropriate journal. Application of skills in reading and interrogating research as peer reviewers of others’ work and provision of critical feedback. An awareness of issues involved in writing research responsibly and ethically and the capacity to respond effectively to critical feedback will be expected.
