To enable the student to develop competent professional practice which reflects the integration of social work values, knowledge and skills.
Negotiation of placement; conceptualising a specific project or program in relation to social work purpose and professional development; accountability. Articulation of the social work process; social work frameworks; planning; implementation; evaluation of program/service. Professional approach to practice; judgement and decision-making; collegial and client relationships; identification with and representation of the social work profession in practice.
