Illustration Design Studio 2

Course aim

To apply, extend and develop the principles of design developed in first year studies in the context of Illustration Design, leading to Illustration Design Studio 3.

Course content

Investigation and critique of fundamental aspects of Visual Communication; idea generation, design methodology and technical ability based on design principles and ways of working; exploration and development of a range of illustration technical skills to supplement problem-solving skills learnt in first year; integration of principles of typography with studio work.
