To explore the complex and diverse processes in the design and manufacture of an interior element or furniture prototype and to develop strategies and integrate skills in the production of a prototype.
Students will develop skills in the production of a prototype which demonstrates a high level of detail and complexity and/or utilises in combination a variety of diverse materials. Students will expand knowledge design methodologies and technologies used in the design development through to the manufacturing process.
