To demonstrate familiarity with basic research practices in their chosen design discipline through the completion of a small independent research project (commenced in ARCH 4013).
The development and completion of an independent research project as a thesis on a topic determined in ARCH 4013 LLS Honours Research 1; workshops on developing and completing a thesis, postgraduate research, the relationship between theory and method, argument, point of view, style and content, visual elements and written text; individual student work-in-progress presentations with feedback from course coordinator and relevant honours supervisors.
