To enable students to consolidate and apply in a practice environment the knowledge, skills and behaviours developed in the academic program.
Orientation workshop including expectations and assessment; therapist; application of knowledge and skills gained in the academic program to the practice setting; use of self-directed online learning to explore and extend knowledge and issues that arise from the placement experience; debrief session upon completion of placement.
