Course aim

This course enables students to critically examine the organisational context of human service delivery and the diverse processes through which organisational vision translates to service delivery.

Course content

In this course, students will develop knowledge and skills needed for effective practice in and with human service organisations through a critical undertanding of the political economic context of practice, organisations, organisational structures, human service workers and recipients of services, organisational culture and change, leadership, organisational policy and evaluation.
