Course aim
This course enables students to explore the organisational context of human service delivery and the diverse processes through which organisational vision translates to service delivery.
Course content
Human service organisations and their governance, trends in human service delivery, delivering services in dispersed or culturally diverse communities, theoretical understandings of organisations, workers and clients, ethical issues in organisations, quality assurance, accountability and evaluation, role and influence of stakeholders in service delivery and evaluation, evaluation planning
