To equip students so that they can design complex multi-factorial, test and evaluation programs on the basis that they are scientifically conducted experiments and one-off test events.
Design of experiments using standard designs, including factorial, randomised blocks, Latin squares, confounded and fractional replication designs, and taking into account power. Analysis of the results using analysis of variance to select models, multiple comparisons and response surfaces.
