This course provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge of project and operations management, and explores how this impacts on organisational management and leadership decisions, business strategy, and business conduct. The course seeks to foster among students an appreciation of the importance and fit of operations as a major strategic element of an organisation and to equip them to undertake the management of projects.
