Course aim

To equip students with a sound understanding of the financial principles which constitute the conceptual framework of modern finance, and the ability to apply those principles to case studies to achieve sound financial decisions.

Present Value concepts, Discounted Cash Flow Techniques, Risk, Required Rates of Return, Debt Capacity, Dividend Policy, Cash Management, short term financial management, leasing, debtors management
