Course aim

To enable students to understand the dynamics of electronic collaboration in ‘any time/any where’ group working, and to identify appropriate information systems to support such working.

Course content

Collaboration concepts, group decision support systems, benefits and problems in collaborative working, electronic meetings, web related collaboration, internet, technologies, implementation and policy issues.
