Course aim

To extend students' news writing skills and understandings, focusing on feature writing, freelance journalism, news rounds and documentary.

Course content

Students will further demonstrate their skills in feature writing for the media, and will become familiar with key elements of magazine journalism and freelance journalism.They will explore specialist news rounds and how these can be utilised in long form journalism.
