To extend students' news writing skills and understandings, focusing on feature writing, freelance journalism, news rounds and documentary.
Students will further demonstrate their skills in feature writing for print and online media, and will become familiar with key elements of magazine journalism and freelance journalism. They will explore documentary journalism and specialist news rounds, and will examine the effects of social media on journalism practice.
