The course enables students to understand the change process and manage change effectively, by equipping them with a working knowledge of the change management literature, an understanding of organisational politics and the processes involved in managing change, the skills to construct a change management plan for future action, and the ability to modify the plan if and when necessary. The course covers several local and international models of organisational change and their application through the case study method.
