The aim of this course is to enable students to experience dance as a physical form of training.
Forms of dance that can be used as a means to improve fitness; Experience of and impact of, modern dance and aerobic training; Energy for dance; Bio-mechanics of dance; Sequencing of movement patterns; Ideokinesis; Dance injuries and treatment; Movement observation and analysis; Movement Therapy; Modern technique focussing on the physiological changes dance training effects.
