Course aim

To develop students’ ability to evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions in organisations and to translate a research question into a detailed proposal.

Course content

Overview of research design; ANOVA; repeated measures ANOVA research; structural equation modeling; multiple regression; mediation, moderation; single case design; qualitative methods; program evaluation; meta-analysis; doing a proposal; Ethics Committee procedures; staff presentation about topics; research proposal presentations; research training in data base management and data base searches in collaboration with the library for 4 hours hands on training and 9 hours self directed studies; participatory action research and interviewing.
